On North Hutchinson Island, the owners came to us wanting something unique, a home that would stand as a lasting legacy. We took it from raw site work to final walkthrough: three stories of stone, stucco, and glass built around ocean and Indian River views. A floating staircase rises through all three levels, and on the top floor the ocean fills the windows one way while the Indian River opens up the other. Warm coastal materials carry from the front steps to the top floor.
A broad island and a peninsula that works almost as a second island open straight to the dining and living spaces, so the cook is never far from the conversation. Custom cabinetry and professional appliances were settled early, as part of the Big Five.
